In short

With rapid growth in digital, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Digital Marketer who will shape a new growth phase at On Japan and South Korea. You will be the analytical firepower that drives the measurement of our acquisition and retention initiatives and will work cross-functionally to define our digital marketing strategy.

Your Mission

For Japan market (70%),

  • Create digital acquisition strategy, being responsible for customer acquisition of DtC Ecom for Google, Yahoo Japan and LINE ads and new potential ads in the future
  • Monitor all stages of the customer acquisition funnel from awareness to transaction, measure performance across those three channels (Google, Yahoo Japan and LINE ads)
  • Discover insights and opportunities to improve your customer acquisition and retention performance and optimize the digital ad campaigns
  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign performance reports to provide key learnings and feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity) for all relevant stakeholders (your hiring manager, local team leader and global digital marketing team in Zurich) and give strong support to them
  • Work in cross functional teams to provide the strong supports to achieve business growth targets
  • Recommend media budget allocations based on analytics and KPI reports

For South Korea market (30%),

  • Support the translation team to improve Korean copies of relevant channels; onsite, paid ads, email and social
  • Support your team leader to explore local customer acquisition and retention opportunities

Your story

  • Bring 2-3 years and above hands-on experience in a relevant field of paid acquisition, preferably in Google, Yahoo or LINE and have technical knowledge in tracking and analyzing digital marketing touch points
  • Be familiar with digital acquisition channels and strategies in Japan (having experience with South Korea will be a huge plus)
  • Contribute to a positive team-spirit environment by working with diverse members
  • Possess a results-driven mindset, huge communication skill, and enjoy working independently with a track record of achieving ambitious goals
  • Own a self-driven, entrepreneurial and problem solving mindset. You enjoy coming up with creative solutions in a fast paced agile environment finding the sweet spot between speed, quality, and resourcing in bigger projects, instead of passively waiting for instructions
  • Have the passion to be up-to-date with new digital trends and upgrades. You are a core shaper of the digital brand perception
  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and Korean (TOPIK Level 4 and above) fluently and idiomatically (English skill would also be a plus)
