As a Project Manager - Associate in the Asia Pacific Asset Management Middle Office team, you will manage strategic initiatives focused on transforming our global operating model. You will work closely with team members and technology partners to understand business processes, define operating environments, and deliver comprehensive solutions. This role offers you the chance to drive change, enhance scalability, and support Asia Pacific Asset Management business initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage Asia Pacific Operations Middle Office strategic initiatives, focusing on global operating model transformation projects, to drive J.P. Morgan Asset Management infrastructure renovation agendas
• Partner closely with Asia Pacific Operations Middle Office team, Technology partners, as well as service providers to deliver strategic operating model and solutions
• Define end-to-end operating environment, design solutions, and drive comprehensive solutions ensuring alignment to the Global operating Model
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (i.e. portfolio managers, dealing, business management, control parties, operations, internal and internal and external service providers) to deliver results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Middle Office and/or Trading Operations process
• Basic understanding of Asset Management business and the evolving market/industry structure and regulatory environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and hybrid environment, a “can do” attitude and the willingness to learn new applications in an ever-changing environment
• Strategic mindset, ability to see the bigger picture and action accordingly
• Ability to articulate complex operational processes / business requirements
• Excellent in excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience in Asset Management industry preferred
