Salesforce Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Field Service and the SFS Mobile App, to enhance operational efficiency in the telecom industry.

2. Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, custom fields, objects, and user interfaces, to address specific business needs.

3. Lead the integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with organizational strategies.

4. Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring solutions follow Salesforce best practices and industry standards.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, driving improvements in field operations and customer service.

6. Optimize the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App to meet the unique requirements of field technicians and enhance user experience.

7. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve issues, and support change management to ensure successful implementation.

8. Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to measure and improve operational outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce Field Service and the SFS Mobile App, with deep understanding of telecom industry workflows and operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools and patterns, including REST and SOAP-based web services.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for collaboration with stakeholders, project teams, and end-users.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, architecture, and configuration, with a focus on Field Service solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in telecom industry projects involving Salesforce Field Service.
  • Salesforce Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific processes and standards in the telecom sector, such as Salesforce Industries Communications.
  • Experience designing and implementing KPIs and dashboards tailored to field service operations.
