The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating opportunities to secure profitable new business for Willis Towers Watson against agreed financial targets.

As a member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering sales strategies and overall direction;
  • Developing and enhancing new business relationships;
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of a prospect pipeline;
  • Generating opportunities and setting appointments with prospects;
  • Co-ordinating tender opportunities and project managing responses;
  • Preparation of tender presentations;
  • Converting opportunities to profitable Willis Towers Watson clients.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree desirable
  • Insurance qualification highly desirable

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

    • Commercial understanding of business, such as market forces impacting on a Prospect’s business
    • Understanding of business drivers and level of importance to varied decision makers within an organisation
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated, organised and self-disciplined-good at managing own time and tasks.
    • Ability to build strong relationship and have excellent networking skills.
    • Builds rapport quickly and with ease.
