As a vital member of our Design/Build Facilities team as a Design Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead in the creation of construction package developments, work with multiple disciplined teams on projects that are full life cycle of concept through completion, provide utility coordination, ensure alignments are engineered correctly, and so much more! We’ll look to you to provide technical guidance to less experienced engineering professionals, mentor younger staff, and you’ll have the opportunity to directly engage with our clients. The base salary range for this position is $175,000.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
