As a Senior Level Structural (Bridge) Engineer and vital member of our New Jersey team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex transportation projects that focus on bridges and other transportation structures. You will serve in a senior technical role and/or task lead to provide the planning, analysis , design and construction support services for transportation structures (highway and rail) on local and national projects. You may also serve as a Project Manager on select projects.
As a senior technical resource, you will also contribute to business development, client presentations, proposal preparation, estimating project costs, contract negotiations, and overseeing and ensuring that project quality, schedule, and budget requirements are met - all of which help ensure the successful delivery of projects from beginning to end. You should be active in technical societies and be available to attend meetings or events outside normal working hours.

The base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
