About the Team

TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate various resources to support e-commerce campaign implementation (Mega sales, category campaign, brand campaign, etc), taking responsibility for incremental GMV, ROI and long term growth;

2. Explore differentiated promotion strategies in shelf-based scenarios, develop effective operational strategies based on different campaign types and goals as well as independently conduct full campaign planning;

3. Manage campaign resources such as traffic, marketing tools, incentive budget, etc, and optimize their efficiency;

4. Collaborate with product and R&D teams to optimize user experience and marketing atmosphere during campaign period, participate in designing series of product experiments;

5. Quickly summarize past experiences to refine a general methodology, continuously advancing strategy iterations through data analysis and market feedback.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of e-commerce work experience, including at least 1 year of campaign operation experience, and familiarity with mainstream campaign strategies;

2. Strong analytical skills and clear logic, capable of identifying and solving problems through complex data;

3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, able to achieve goals by coordinating various resources and stakeholders;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and self-driven;

5. Fluency in English, in-depth understanding Indonesian consumer behavior, and having overseas study/work/living experience preferred.
