Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Establish both long-term and short-term objectives for strategic customer with input and support of business unit, creating a plan for reaching those items. That plan involves assigning actions and ownership to the appropriate Micron team members. 
  • Communicate routinely and proactively with internal teams to ensure that Micron is on track to achieve defined objectives. Create transparency/visibility to performance and holds team members accountable for their performance. 
  • Utilize effective presentation and command skills within customer and internal meetings. 
  • Proactively take responsibility for follow up on meeting actions and holds team accountable. 
  • Analyze business to identify areas of strong performance and those needing improvement, furthering actions to address areas for improvement and communicate to team and measure effectiveness. 
  • Maintain ongoing communication links with other field sales personnel and internal contacts to ensure that account objectives, action plans, issues, and follow up are clear to entire team. 
  • Develop new business opportunities. 
  • Qualifications: 
  • Demonstrated aptitude for customer service/support, client interfacing skills and a customer-focused approach. 
  • Ability to manage demand forecast, and reporting of performance to metrics, work and develop relationships with multiple functional groups, performing well in a fast-paced environment, while applying broad knowledge to solve potential problems. 
  • Leadership skill 
  • Excellent communication/negotiation/closing skills, solution selling/presentation abilities in English and Chinese
  • A proven to be able to set priorities and understand resource allocations. 
  • Requirements: 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of sales or marketing either in semiconductor companies or in charge of semiconductor customers in Taiwan
  • Education: 
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, engineering, or other related field, Master degree would be a plus, or relevant experience.
