The Role

  • Execute Employee compensation strategy based on global compensation and business strategy and facilitate the global compensation programs roll-out at Latin America countries
  • To be a trusted partner to the business & HR leaders to provide strategic and operational guidance and direction related to Compensation
  • Provide Compensation analytics to give insights to business and leadership and assist them in decision making.
  • Closely work with other function teams such as Finance, Payroll, Legal, ER/LR, HR system, etc. to drive the execution efficiency and ensure a seamless experience for the business
  • Take the ownership of managing and facilitating all local Compensation programs to align with the corporate and market/country strategy
  • Ensure compliance of compensation policies with local regulatory requirements
  • Support business to provide market intelligence and analytics exercise on internal and external benchmarking at market/country level

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in HR preferably in Compensation with a thorough understanding of Employee Compensation
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English. Can read and speak another language such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Solid analytic and reporting skills, with demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have certain level of understand and knowledge on laws and regulations of LA countries
  • Preferred work location: Argentina or Brazil
