About this opportunity 

We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and technically strong in Salesforce platform and highly skilled Software Engineer who play a critical role in the delivering and executing SFDC projects.

In this role, you will… 

  • Design and build solutions using REST API, lightning components, process builder, workflows, lightning flow, LWC (must) and other SFDC areas in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud(optional).
  • Understand the different Force.com APIs and can design solutions using the appropriate API.
  • Responsible for design and implementation of integrations of SFDC with other enterprise applications.
  • Responsible for contributing to and being a champion of SFDC best practices.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements based on features released.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements and provide expert input on Salesforce solutions.
  • Create architectural and technical design documentation.
  • Work closely with sales team and business analysts and perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements.
  • Develop Apex Classes and Triggers for various functional needs in the application.
  • Must have knowledge on web technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

In this role, you’ll need … 

  • We are currently looking for a senior Salesforce Developer who preferably has worked for a minimum of 4 years as a developer in Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or IT related fields
  • Strong sense of ownership, customer obsession, and drive with a can-do attitude. A 'can do' attitude, high energy, and creativity are required along with organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Great problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in an Agile based fast-paced development environment.
  • Should have strong Communication skills to handle Business partners / Users and multiple vendors across the globe.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, program management, and commercials about objectives, requirements and design constraints.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com technical Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development (including APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, Lightning, Java and Java Script).
  • Experience in large scale SFDC implementation
  • APTTUS CPQ experience is a plus
  • Experience on Twilio platform is a plus.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

Certification in any SFDC modules such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator, a plus.
