About the Role

根据理赔业务发展规划,执行理赔的各项规则和流程,确保理赔业务品质和各项KPI指标达成

1.根据规则管理理赔录入数据,预审核理赔案件,完善及修正理赔数据,确保理赔案件的正确及时分流。

2.与SSO作业管理团队及运营专家部理赔团队配合,加强理赔录入供应商培训、沟通及数据管控,确保理赔数据录入、传输的时效和准确率。

3.配合理赔录入供应商及理赔作业团队的节奏进行轮班作业,协助理赔作业岗完成初审及复核工作,确保理赔作业时效和准确率。

4.定期进行质量检查、业务分析,撰写分析报告。参与日常辅导和培训,持续完善培训体系及知识库,提升小组专业技能。
