Analysis & recommendations of risk for Financial Lines products : D&O, PI, Cyber.
Focus in developing a portfolio underwriting expertise and support new/existing Facilities management/development.
45 % - Under general direction, underwrite assigned risks and achieve budgeted targets. Account retention and development through excellent service to clients and brokers, monitoring and renewal of accounts at optimal conditions. Adherence to compliance and underwriting guidelines and playing an exemplary role towards other team members. Efficiently handle policy issuance and account management, including premium booking instructions, policy drafting and follow-up.
35% - Provide support to brokers on the use of the AIG Online platform per phone and e-mail (permanence to be considered) and drive business to the platform in all lines of business: Directors & Officers Liability, Personal Insurance, Accident & Health.
15 % - Assist in sales initiatives to market and cross-market products and online solutions. Committed to improve the visibility of the department through broker presentations, broker training and client meetings.
5 % - Develop underwriting skill through on-the-job training and participation in training courses.
- Master degree in (Applied) Economics or Law or equivalent through experience
