Everything But The House (EBTH) is a revolutionary online estate sale company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. EBTH was born out of a passion for antiques, a desire to change the way that they're discovered, and a commitment to providing sellers with a better alternative for selling their property. EBTH has experienced rapid growth since 2008 and continues to expand nationally!
We pride ourselves on our world-class service, a hard-earned and well-respected reputation, and a track record of success in profitably selling everything but the house. We're proud of what we've accomplished and we're eager to share our story with buyers and sellers across the world!
We are seeking a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating leads, managing and responding to existing lead flow, networking to promote EBTH as a brand and one-of-a-kind service, performing sales consultations, and most importantly, signing contracts and booking sales!
We're looking for an outgoing, confident, caring, knowledgeable, and organized individual who is highly motivated to sell - and passionate about our service offering! We're also looking for a compassionate people-person who will be able to comfort certain clients that may be making major life changes and saying goodbye to some of their most prized possessions.
As a young company, we move fast and take risks and while this will be a very demanding position, you'll be surrounded by a passionate team of individuals that are dedicated to the common goal of drastically changing the way that personal property is sold, bought, and moved across the country and across the world and we have a lot of fun while we're doing it!
TASKS YOU'LL BE JUGGLING
Sell our unique and one-of-a-kind estate sale and consignment services!
Manage current lead flow and sales inquiries (phone calls, emails, and inquiries generated through our website).
Generate your own lead flow by making sales presentations, attending local events, and networking.
Work directly with our local Project Manager to drive sales, fill our monthly sales calendars, and to keep our sales pipeline full (and growing month after month!).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Have a blast working alongside a vibrant crew of EBTH-ers who like to work hard / play hard!
YOUR CREDENTIALS
Bachelors degree.
Previous sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding plan.
Experience in a generating leads and managing a sales pipeline.
Drive (A.K.A. Hustle!)! This business is fast-paced and competitive. Were looking for a self-starter who is motivated to SELL personal property.
Ability to confidently and professionally sell our service, our expertise, and our value to prospective clients (you must be knowledgeable and passionate about our unique service offering!).
High level of comfort with technology and CRM software.
Ability to work within a team.
Reliable transportation.
A sense of humor. No, really!
