We are looking for a Web/Data/Digital Analyst who is enthusiastic to play a key role in possessing a deep understanding of data repositories, analytical and experimental techniques, and how to convert data into insights and action! We are an action-oriented team that focuses on driving a large organization to incorporate data and insights into all critical decisions.

Our Marketing Analytics Team is passionate about using data to help make better decisions about our end-to-end business activities and investments. We analyse huge volumes of captured data and turn them into actionable insights to inform the strategy of our entire business flow. We are passionate about our customers and love to play with data and technology.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or Related Field
  • Relevant professional work experience as a web analyst/data analyst
  • A highly numerate and analytical mindset with a focus on the customer and the commercial benefits of making changes
  • A passion for data analysis and problem solving with a proactive and analytical approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with e-commerce or self-service business models a big plus
  • Experience with SQL and/or R and/or Python is a plus
  • Experience with common web analytics and data visualisation tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adjust, Tableau)is a plus
  • Wider knowledge of digital software/ technology, e.g., site performance tools, HTML, Javascript, etc is a plus
  • Familiarity and/or implementation experience of digital data collection techniques and limitations is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to self-explore and learn
  • Must be a self-starter and driven

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Developing frameworks, tools and processes to incorporate analytics into all Marketing activities and decision-making
  • Following up and analyzing business projects to reveal the key success factor underlying the project
  • Identify repeatable solutions that can be built to scale the business better
  • Analyzing large sets of data, coming up with actionable insights and developing models to maximize the use of available data
  • Tracking & analysis, and drive experimentation necessary to measure performance of business fields
  • Tracking of key performance indicators to measure the performance of the e-commerce business
  • Providing strategy and direction around digital trends and industry standards to peers and internal / external teams
  • Guiding dashboard creation, organize and present data that supports key stakeholder goals and objectives
  • Developing frameworks, tools and processes to incorporate analytics into all Marketing activities and decision-making
  • Developing a deep analytical understanding of our marketing funnel and drive efforts to track and measure all parts of the funnel, from awareness to purchase
  • Develop underlying tracking & analysis, and drive experimentation necessary to measure the acquisition value of our marketing channels and tactics
