Working as a Salesforce Manager

Within Orange Cyberdefense, the Salesforce team is part of IT Business Applications and is expected to grow to 10 FTE in the coming year. The Salesforce environment supports 1000 users across ten countries with many integrations to other applications. Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ are the core components.

We are looking for a manager with experience in IT support and change management methodology as well as personal development of team members. The manager will be responsible for release planning and resource allocation, for managing the HR aspects of employee contracts and for leading and growing this technical team consisting of talented professionals , combined with hands-on implementations and projects.

You will manage a team that is responsible for application architecture, development, maintenance, end user support and security of the platform. In addition you will have your own innovation projects, requiring extensive contact with internal stakeholders and end users.

Our ideal candidate is a methodological thinker with a good understanding of Salesforce CRM. They are able to lead a technical team with confidence and inspire them to achieve outstanding results. The candidate possesses excellent communication skills has a proactive approach to identifying training needs and providing professional development opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement within the team.

Job requirements

  • You have college/academic working and thinking level in ICT
  • At least 3 years of experience as a team manager in an IT organization.
  • Strong coaching skills and experienced in change management processes
  • You are analytical, pragmatic and result focused
  • You have excellent command of the English language, both in word and in writing. Able to understand and speak French is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a must. Experience with Marketing Cloud or Salesforce CPQ is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with Jira and Agile methodologies is a strong advantage
