What You’ll be Doing: 

As a Junior Exception Management Coordinator, you will be in contact with customers, exploring all possible resolutions and provide the optimal solution. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job. 

On a typical day, you’ll: 

  • Manage customer inquiries, ensuring high quality of the response;
  • Understand customer criticality;
  • Obtain part availability information and communicate it to customers in a timely manner;
  • Ensure good understanding of the EMEA Network, order flows and transit times;
  • Monitor order fulfillment as per initial commitment and communicate if changes.
