As a Senior Specialist for Global Fraud Claims, you’ll be a part of global fraud claims organization and be responsible for resolving fraud claims reported by Western Union customers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks will include data analysis and procedure-based decision making.
  • The primary role will require managing written communication with customers or internal partners.
  • We’ll look to you to ensure that excellent quality service is always delivered.
  • Your role will be vital in ensuring that our processes and procedures are following the Western Union compliance policy. 

Role Requirements

  • High school degree is required. 
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in customer care operations is an advantage but not necessary.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1175 - 2025 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
