Description:
Troubleshoots, analyzes and solves complex problems, provides guidance and instruction to customers.
Manages applications and software: Installs, configures, designs and provide supports for applications and software assigned.
Leads or Assists with system administration, system security, system configuration, issue resolution, data mining, testing activities and project implementations under the direction of IS Leadership.
Keeps an accurate inventory of applications and updates as necessary.
Plans, organizes and coordinates the application support activities for three or more systems.
Experience/Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience
General understanding of SQL server concepts
Excellent problem solving, communication and project management skills
Crystal Reports and SQL experience preferred
Experience in Healthcare IT preferred
Bachelors in IS preferred
