Description

Provide weekly delivery order financial updates. Provide budget and data analysis support.  Provided monthly civilian, military and contractor data graphs.  Provide monthly technical report inputs. This task is generally performed in an office setting with limited exposure to loud noises, rotating equipment, airborne dust and debris, chemical fumes and overhead obstacles. This environment typically does not require the employee to wear personal protective equipment (goggles, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, hard hat, etc.) for extended periods of time. The employee is required to attend periodic safety training specific to the work environment and comply with all local, state and federal government regulations as well as company policy.

Qualifications

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Financial/Budgeting and Production analysis, administrative project support relating to Los Angeles (688/688I) Class, Virginia (774) Class Systems. Personnel shall be able to provide budget and data analysis of inputted government /military time entered into the STRIPES time tracking system and provide weekly /monthly data graphs and technical reports for contractor, government and military hours expended on submarine related production/maintenance support relating to submarine tech assists, assessments and installation efforts; perform administrative project support in the areas of program and financial management, project control, financial spreadsheet and graph generation and financial reporting; provide Submarine budget analysis and tracking of contractor, government civilian and military monthly financial and hours and provide reports.; be able to create and maintain a multifunctional spreadsheet which tracks and graphs all hours by organization, hull, and maintenance tasking; create and maintain STAARS databases that set up and track job/task numbers associated with current tasking; provide weekly in-depth financial reports and graphs for labor and financial delivery order status that support the command cost controls; prepare financial spreadsheet, graph generation and financial reports; conduct budget analysis and tracking of contractor, government civilian and military monthly financial and hour reports.
