We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our Kyiv Design Hub team. You’ll lead a team of designers through the entire design process, ensuring that the work aligns with Wix’s high standards of design excellence.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Lead design vision and strategy, ensuring consistency and quality
• Mentor the design team, providing feedback and fostering growth
• Act as Kyiv Design Hub's representative within the global company
• Encourage creativity, pushing the boundaries of web design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals
• Ensure high standards by reviewing and refining designs
• Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
• Continuously improve design processes and workflows
• Keep up with the latest web design trends and technologies

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional web design and brand experience with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience in leading design teams and driving design strategy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A deep passion for web design and user experience
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
