Role Description:
The Demand Generation Lead is the team leader for the New Commercialization roles. He / She is expected to develop the team and drive adherence to launch planning cycles. As Demand Generation Lead, he / she is expected to work with DG Effectiveness to plan, design, manage, implement and phase-out a portfolio of demand generation activities that would balance the maximization of conversion and retention targets whilst optimizing farmer reach and productivity.
