As Danfoss continues its growth, we seek driven individuals to collaborate with us on our journey towards success. We are currently in search of an Engineering Manager for New Product Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the electrification of both on and off-highway vehicles through embedded software development.
Your responsibilities will include:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in product development and team management.
Proficiency in product design, along with a comprehensive understanding of product architecture design and patterns, is essential. An ability to envision the broader picture, establish a clear vision, and effectively guide others toward its realization is vital. Strong collaborative skills, coupled with the capability to take on leadership roles and responsibilities, are crucial.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a must, along with a solid understanding of mechanics or electronics development.
Moreover, candidates should demonstrate proficient experience and comprehension of electronics product manufacturing processes.
