Job Summary/Basic FunctionUnder the direction of the Culinary Arts Manager, Assistant Chefs will work together to prepare culturally authentic food for the campers. This position will assume full kitchen responsibilities in the absence of the Summer Camp Chef and may be asked to assist with all kitchen management duties, including inventory, ordering, menu planning, scheduling, and kitchen staff supervision.
