Division Program and Project Manager

Strategically directs and implements near and long-term projects that enhance manufacturing systems and lowers operations costs. Those strategies include maximizing profitable growth, providing impeccable customer service, developing a technically qualified work force and promotion of superior products and services through continuous improvements initiatives while minimizing risks of doing business.

Functions and Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in developing and achieving results in special projects that are in harmony with Division strategic plans andBachelor of Science or Arts in business administration or related field.

  • quality initiatives for projects, programs, training, Targets and technical services.
  • Develop and implement productivity and quality enhancements of operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that meet Division objectives.
  • Monitor capacity model for all areas of manufacturing and provide strategic feedback to operations manager on capacity issues.
  • Develop annual plant business continuation plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts in business administration or related field.
  • Program Management (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing; experience in quality, lean manufacturing and engineering preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of facilitating groups to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated results with change management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and use of Lean Manufacturing tools (TAKT, Flow, Pull Systems, KanBan, SMED, Pokeyoke, 5’s, etc.) required.

The wage range for this role considers allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,579-$198,823.
