Automation College allows customers and Honeywell employees to maximize the value of customers’ technology investments and their automation system’s performance by delivering globally consistent, innovative and flexible learning solutions. The main purpose of the Business Development Manager - Kuwait National role is to promote technical trainings on Honeywell Process Solutions whilst driving and creating sustainable demand for trainings from Honeywell customers and universities /education institutions in Kuwait and the region, and to ensure customer satisfaction with the level of service and training provided.
The main responsibilities of this role are to support in the development of training programs that suit the market and customer needs; the development and management of relations with competency managers / HR managers in key accounts across Kuwait; to promote the Automation College in Kuwait and the region as the main provider of automation training in the region alongside managing all training in the assigned country (quotation support for sales, organisation of delivery, schedule, cash collection). To drive bookings for trainings from key customers and educational institutions in Kuwait and the region and remain active on all related forums (whether online or conferences).
