Oversee and assist to promote increased use of electronic endorsement messaging across the businesses
Own initiative to create a central Willis clause/wordings library and support businesses with associated template work to standardise contracts
Support contract certainty related work including updates to the MRC, PFC & market clauses, where required
Creation of MRC’s, Endorsements and Evidence of Covers for new and renewal business.
Support work for new and renewal applications of Willis Limited overseas licences, where required
Collate and prepare Management Information, board packs and metrics
Support qWikcheck initiative & MRC contract quality reviews against a standard checklist
Support policy production work and formal signing of Willis policies with Insurers and Xchanging where required
Binding Authority governance responsibilities
Assist with the development of Contract services website/quality share point site
Any other duties commensurate with position or level of responsibility.
Perform Sanctions and KYC Checks where required
Ensure all local and company compliance legislations are adhered to
Handle all billing and/or processing queries
Perform post placement file reviews.
ACII qualification essential/FCII preferred
Good understanding of Contract Certainty Code of Practice, MRC principles, content and standards
Basic knowledge of various risks across a variety of business classes
Confident communicator with proven experience of working with individuals across various management levels
Excellent organising and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a busy and deadline driven environment.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and “outside of the comfort zone”
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Flexible attitude with ability to adapt to a variety of different tasks at short notice
Good Word, Excel and Power-Point related PC skills.
