As a senior Investment Analyst in the team you will assist in providing a first class service to a range of UK DB pension scheme clients on a range of investment services. These services include: advice regarding mission and governance; asset-liability modelling and the development and delivery of advice regarding appropriate (dynamic) long-term investment strategies with risk-return trade-off tailored to clients’ specific circumstances; implementation of strategy, including portfolio construction and risk management, mandate/manager and custodian selection; monitoring and evaluation of performance of managers and, more importantly, overall strategy versus liabilities and objectives.

Ability to take ownership for certain projects, delivering work to budget and within required timescales
Write and review reports in a timely and effective manner.
Build strong relationships internally in the Investment team and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
Liaise with members of Willis Towers Watson’s wider business in order to gain the necessary data and understanding of the client’s needs.
Periodic involvement with technical working parties and provision of training to more junior members of the team and practice.
Minimum 2:1 degree is required along with progress towards or willingness to study for relevant professional qualifications, such as CFA, FIA or equivalent.
Some work experience in a relevant Financial Service role
Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to deliver timely and accurate solutions, sometimes at short notice.
