As a Product Manager at Zappos, you will focus on our biggest customer problems across our digital customer experience. You’re the kind of person who falls in love with the problem while driving discovery of solutions with your Zappos Family. You will work closely with our user experience, engineering, finance, customer service teams (and more) to solve customer problems. You are a tireless, business analyst/consultant, UX champion, and technologist who works back from the customer and drives invention on their behalf. There will be endless opportunity to ideate and execute on roadmaps spanning web, mobile, and internal products. Put your lab coat on, we got a stack of hypotheses to prove (or disprove).
