Job Description

As a Project Manager at Trialspark, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the execution of clinical studies within the Trialspark CRO in accordance with protocol specifications. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating project teams (medical leads, quality assurance personnel, coordinators, monitors, statisticians, etc.), initiating, monitoring, and closing out study sites, and maintaining study documents. You will work with team members to ensure project milestones are on track, regulatory issues are addressed, and projects are within budget. In addition to running the day-to-day, you’ll be asked to look for ways to improve our processes as the business scales.

Experience

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Organized and detail oriented - This role is all about the details. You need to juggle many different tasks, ensuring they all get done in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ownership mentality - You feel a strong sense of ownership over your work. You not only get it done well, but also look for ways to improve how we do things.
  • Extensive clinical research experience - This role requires proven competency in clinical research project management at the CRO-level. Additionally, a Bachelor’s Degree in the life sciences or a healthcare background (RN, RPh, etc.) is a minimum.
