Sales Development Manager

The role leads sales efforts for a solutions addressing specific Clients’ needs around pricing, promotions, in-store execution and shopper within the Sales Effectiveness (SEFF) practice and is responsible for commercial plan development and execution. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong networking and engagement with key players & sales people across broad base of client targets
• Clearly understands the needs of different persona's at the client end - Sales, Commercial Directors, Revenue Management, Category Management and Retailers
• Comfortable negotiating with senior clients and knows what levers to use. 
• Owning the business plan: financial target/proposal submission/revenue on hand/pipeline
• Accountability for business planning and implementation
• Tracking the financial performance of the clients. 
• Close collaboration with Delivery COE team to drive seamless delivery to clients

Key Requirements

• Min. 6 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Trade Marketing, Retailer - Key Account, Merchandising 
• Knowledge in sales processes in FMCG companies. customers, modern and traditional market
• Strong sales leadership and ability to build enduring relationships with C-level executives
• Excellent problem solving skills, solution oriented and strong analytical skills
• Proven sales acumen
• Strong Collaboration and Networking skills 
• Fluent Polish / Excellent business English; both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Nielsen products, services and data
