The Role

As a Health and Benefits Services Analyst you will carries out technical processing for selected services by LatAm countries, more of them support the placement activities. Key responsibilities include:• Data collection and reporting, managing our global benefits survey database activities and production of reports used for project and research based work.• Managing the regional coordination of claims reports for our international clients.•Managing benefit insurance contracts, creating policy inventories, follow up on renewals, and performing financial and claim analysis.• Supporting placement services of benefits for our clients in key international markets.You will have the opportunity to:• Develop technical knowledge of benefits plans around the region.• Develop data, process, and project management skill

Job Requirements

The Requirements

Aptitude to learn new technology products and services.
• Must have a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and excellent data manipulation skills.
• Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data’s applicability/accuracy for the designated purpose
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on mathematics or business as: Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and International Studies. Insurance careers are desirable.
English is a plus.
• +2 year in insurance companies
