The Role

1. Manage H & B related projects in Colombia, coordinating with the different work teams the respective implementation.
2. Lead the local work team towards obtaining the expected results in the management of the projects.
3. Comply with the required deliverables in relation to the different local and regional projects in the area.
4. Design, model and implement the process improvements that arise in the operation of benefits.
5. Monitor the indicators in the area and promote improvement strategies at the national level.

Job Requirements

The Requirements


• Business Administrator or industrial engineer or related careers.With specialization or masters in project management, services, technology, other Five to seven years of experience.Good English language skills.
• Experience in project execution of technology, process, human talent improvement and change management is required. Insurance experience is required. The proposed candidate must to have skills of teamwork, assertive communication and leadership.Experience in process modelling.Training in consulting, preferably
