The Role

As part of the SSC in Medellín the operations Analyst position is in charge of the following activities:

• Execute and manage, in alignment with Placement, and the insurance companies the renewal processes for clients’ policies in due time.
• Review all policies as sent by the insurance companies against the Slips provided by the placement area in order to identify possible differences and align both documents in order to charge clients with the proper amounts accordingly with the characteristics of the products that they acquired.
• Create the required documentation in order to support the charging and payment processes for the clients
• Receive and process all MTA for the policies managed on the SSC for all clients within the CRB segment.
• Update databases with all MTA the SSC receives from the retention teams.
• Provide information as required to any stakeholder within the processes in order to make sure that any of the previously mentioned activities is fulfilled properly.
• Make sure all KPI and SLA are met accordingly with the definitions and agreements done with all the actors within the process.
• If the position includes the cell leader roll, it should monitor and control all the pending activities of the other

• Excellent team work
•Technologist or Technician with knowledge and experience in insurance. Excellent oral and pronunciation skills, resourcefulness and working methods, organization. At least one year of experience.
