The Business

Investment, Risk and Reinsurance

The Role

As a Data Analyst within the Manila Investments team, you will be involved in a number of activities to support the production of our investment reports. Key activities include:


  • Actively participate in the data collection planning and preparation process
  • Perform data validation and processing work using agreed tools, standards and techniques
  • Produce validation queries following standards and workflow
  • Work with investment analysts and other team members to upload client data to specific databases 

    Performance Objectives
  • Clients – work with investment analysts to ensure that projects are completed on time and meets quality standards
  • Financial/Business KPIs – maintain accurate time records
  • People – build relationships internally and collaborate effectively with team
  • Operational Excellence and Innovation – implement Operational Excellence in all programs and adhere to client, local and international compliance requirements

Job Requirements

The Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with at least one year experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook, and an interest in enhancing these skills
  • Proven effective oral and written communication skills in business English; ability to ask right questions and seek help where appropriate
  • Ability to work on own initiative when required, as well as in a team
  • Detail and results orientated, with a logical and analytical method of working
  • Good organisation and time management skill, with a proven ability to handle a variety of assignments and meet tight deadlines
