Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated Account Executive with experience working on early stage enterprise sales teams.  The role will require an individual with strong communication skills as they will work closely with Kinsa’s CEO and B2B Sales & Marketing team.  The ideal candidate loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.  Working to source, develop, manage, and close large deals for the fast growing Kinsa Insights and Kinsa Connect enterprise business.  This person will be a key contributor to Kinsa’s growth and help grow the B2B sales team.  A successful individual will also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery, and selling to multiple decision makers.

What You'll Do:

  • Target, qualify, develop, and close Fortune 500 enterprise opportunities & partnerships
  • Navigate large enterprise organizations to reach decision makers and close large deals
  • Grow the sales funnel though outreach, events and campaigns
  • Become a thought leader to educate the market on Kinsa’s offerings and brand
  • Work closely with the B2B & Marketing team to refine messaging, value proposition, and sales tactics to improve the sales funnel   

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of prior work experience with sales success in an enterprise sales roles at an enterprise software (e.g. LinkedIn) or professional services organization (e.g. GLG) 
  • Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 500 customers and closing six / seven figure deals
  • Industry and network in one of our two top verticals (Healthcare & CPG)
  • Experience speaking to C-suite about adopting new technologies
  • Technically savvy, specifically skilled in using CRM to manage sales cycles
  • Entrepreneurial and scrappy individuals excited to join a growing company
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills 
  • Keen sense of ownership, grit, and creativity
  • Passion for Kinsa’s mission
  • Act as a force multiplier
