•Field Force scorecard management

•Develop, champion and ensure the proper maximized use of marketing information tools and systems
•Approve, direct and oversee the overall implementation of market research projects
•Adopt relevant global and regional marketing information tools and systems locally
•Ensure that the Market Research operations can readily support the organization in terms of the market information needs, i.e. regular IMS market data FF Support/Territory Management
•Conceptualize and champion the MD targeting/segmentation, call reporting and integrated territory management systems
•Identify information needs of the FF and conceptualizes reports that will support these needs
•Adopt and champion relevant global and regional sales information tools and initiatives locally
•Ensure that FF Support operations can readily support the field force operation and management by providing timely, accurate and relevant call performance analysis and Targeting/Call/Integrated territory management report
•Ensure the integrity of the database by setting up validity checks on a regular basis Sales Information and Services
•Champion and ensure the proper implementation of the target setting of the different Franchises
•Provide inputs of the Sales incentive scheme for the different Franchises, and ensures integration and timely release of sales incentive computations
•Ensure that the Sales Information operations can readily support the organization in terms of sales performance processing and reporting, sales performance processing and reporting, sales incentive generation, sales target generation and sales forecasting Marketing and Sales Force Training
•Drives marketing and sales organization capability upskilling and development strategies are created and smoothly cascaded for the commercial teams
•Ensure quality product knowledge level of First Line Managers to be able to coach and mentor associates
•Drive field force competency development by diagnosing, planning and designing, implementation and evaluation of pro-grams to address development needs
•Drive and roll out of programs aligned with business environment to achieve developmental goals Expense Control •Ensure that the department works within the expense budget

Minimum requirements

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Management, Marketing or Management Engineering courses.
• At least five years leadership experience in a pharmaceutical or consumer market. With extensive exposure to sales operations/management, product management, sales force effectiveness, sales information and/or SF support management and sales & marketing training.
• Good communications skills (verbal and written)
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Skills
• Coaching and Leadership Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
