As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a talented individual to join our People Ops team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on global recruitment for commercial roles. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing our ambitious hiring plan, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent while nurturing a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and Implement Recruiting Strategy: Take charge of developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy focused on our global hiring needs for commercial roles. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and hiring targets.
  • Develop and Refine Job Descriptions: Craft and update job descriptions and specifications tailored to various markets, reflecting the unique requirements and preferences of each location.
  • Execute Yearly Hiring Plan: Drive the execution of our annual hiring plan, with a particular emphasis on meeting recruitment goals for commercial positions in targeted regions.
  • Utilize Diverse Channels for Candidate Outreach: Strategically spread awareness and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, websites, social media platforms, universities and specialized recruitment platforms.
  • Screen and Assess Candidates: Take ownership of the candidate screening and assessment process, managing the candidate flow from initial screening to offer stage. Collaborate closely with hiring teams to ensure alignment with hiring needs and objectives.
  • Provide Analytical Hiring Reports: Generate comprehensive and well-documented hiring reports, offering insights into recruitment metrics, performance, and areas for improvement. Share these reports with relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and Manage Hiring Budget: Track and report on the hiring budget allocated for overseas recruitment activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Nurture and Maintain Candidate Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain strong candidate pipelines , leveraging talent pools, networking opportunities, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Plan and Execute Employer Branding Activities: Strategize and execute employer branding activities, such as participation in industry events, meetups, career fairs, and other relevant forums. Enhance our employer brand presence and reputation.

Requirements

  • Proven Work Experience as a Recruiter in a fast-growing company. Experience with global hiring initiatives is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to effectively recruit talent across diverse geographic regions.
  • Strong Business Understanding
  • Hands-On Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management
  • Fluency in Greek and English
