We are seeking talented candidates with interest and experience in Molecular Biology or a related discipline for a postdoctoral fellowship. The successful candidate will work independently within a diverse collaborative group and will apply molecular biologic, cell biologic and or biochemical approaches to work on problems related to complications of metabolic disease. Experience in translating genetic observations into mechanistic biological insights is a significant plus.

    Requirements

    1. A PhD degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics or a related discipline, with a strong background in Molecular Biological approaches.
    2. A demonstrated ability to think critically, work independently and solve complex problems
    3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
    4. Experience with analytical approaches relevant to human disease and/or a strong background in genetics is desirable.
