The Senior IT Project Manager for Network / Connectivity projects in global brown field enterprise environments has to manage projects on time, in budget and with the expected quality and outcomes. They will understand and implement required architectural, information- and cyber-security rules and regulations.

  • Managing projects on time, in budget and with the expected quality and outcomes.
  • End-to-end project responsibility along the complete project lifecycle, from initiation, planning, execution until project handover and closure.
  • Be a reliable and trusted partner to deliver the requested project results.
  • Understanding and implementing required architectural, information- and cyber-security rules and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing appropriate communication -, training – and change plans as well as stakeholder management and communication.
  • Drive Business case evaluation and determination of business value.
  • Responsible for project financials and project resource management, internal and external.

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics or otherwise gained similar experience.
  • Several years of experience in leading international IT projects in Infrastructure and / or Cloud environment.
  • Knowledge and usage of project management methodologies. Certification(s) in the areas of PMP, Prince, Scrum Master / Product Owner / PMI-ACP / SaFe / Design Thinking are desirable.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as strong analytical- and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change.
  • National and international willingness to travel is required.
  • English language mandatory. German language beneficial.
  • Deep Knowledge with Networking like switchers, routers, LAN, WAN, VPN etc.
  • Understanding of ISO / OSI model
  • SLA and KPI
  • Experience in moderating and executing solution-oriented workshops
  • Communication/presentation/moderation skills from the technical level up to the management
  • > 5 years of Experience in Project Management
  • Fluent in English, German is a nice to have
  • Cybersecurity for Network
