Supervise the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance and stores functions within Honeywell . You will operate within the existing facilities control systems and process and provide guidance to direct reports on clearly defined objectives. You will manage the team to meet the customers needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost and quality. You will build up team capability and lead continuous improvements.
Manage and drive team members' daily activity to meet functional goal.
Grow and develop team's knowledge and skill through coach and guidance.
Influence team within facilities at an operational level and explains facts, practices and policies related to stakeholders outside of the function.
