THE ROLE: 

We are the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team for Data Center Graphics (DCG) under the Product Engineering Organization. 

As an NPI Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of products that align with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands. 

THE PERSON: 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for product management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing successful new product launches. You should be a strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term vision. 

Must be self-directed and capable of working in a complex and dynamic ecosystem. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement product development strategies that align with our business goals. 
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. 
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. 
• Track and drive product performance and gather customer feedback to drive best in class Time-to-Market, Time-to-Margin and Quality improvements. 
• Lead and manage the planning processes for new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of program timelines across various functions to support new product development. 
• Plan and manage program budgets to support product development activities. 
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional groups to ensure alignment, reporting, and continuous improvement. 
• Lead the planning and execution for manufacturing ramp, including direct engagement with the Foundry, ATMP JV/OSAT, and Supply Chain. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proven ability to lead in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. 
• Experience in leading mid-sized teams. 
• Proficient in IC technologies, fabrication, customer processes, and applications. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of manufacturing and operations. 
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive. 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines
