About the Role

As a Client Experience Agent, you’re empowered to work directly with clients to make the best decision for each situation by addressing specific concerns through email, phone, chat, or social channels. You will create personalized solutions that drill down to the core issues to a range of client inquiries, and will have a direct impact on whether or not a client stays with Stitch Fix. We work in our beautiful downtown Austin office, where we operate collectively and collaboratively to ultimately be the place where problems are solved and solutions are found for our clients. We are looking for you to join our fast-growing team and be willing to play a part in this crew of magic makers.

We're excited about you because…

  • You are deeply passionate about being a client advocate; you have a knack for delighting customers.
  • You are a quick learner who is savvy with web-based user-support applications; prior experience with Zendesk is a plus!
  • You are comfortable working across multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat, etc...); at least one year of prior experience answering inquiries across channels (email, phone, chat, etc...) is a plus!
  • You are a natural problem solver who is known for your creative solutions.
  • You are able to work non-standard business hours that may include evenings until 10pm, weekends, and holidays.
  • Above all, you are brightkind and goal oriented
