Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with client business teams and our internal teams in North America to drive backlog development and support experience development. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce product management, particularly with commerce implementation and Order Management System (OMS) exposure. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client business teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Work with internal teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce commerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with OMS.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status, milestones, and key metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Salesforce products and commerce implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration with Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
