How would you like to use your HRIS integration skills to transform the global recruiting and onboarding systems at a Fortune 50 company? At Procter & Gamble we are looking for someone with a technical background in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and XML to manage the integration of multiple HRIS platforms with our Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

As an HRIS Associate Manager within Talent Supply, you will own our talent application management systems, including the technical operations and compliance for solutions and integrations within P&G’s cloud ATS ecosystem. We have both “home grown” and third-party solutions that provide functionality in virtual interviewing, information collecting and storage, candidate relationship management (CRM), new-hire onboarding, and candidate care/support (AI BOT pilot).

Your other responsibilities will include:

• Own the scoping, design, and development of workflows, etc. in ServiceNow as well as any new integrations within the ecosystem.
• Partner with HR business partners to recommend new feature implementation, manage UAT testing, update user documentation, create training materials, manage enhancements, and execute mandatory technical conversions.
• Execute technical work in conjunction with prioritized projects, including configuration design and implementation, test script creation and execution, UAT testing, and interaction with vendor on critical requirements.
• Lead technical/process work in Talent Supply projects as it relates to systems design and/or support.
• Consult and execute configuration changes in support of divestitures/acquisitions.

This role is based at our Global Headquarters in Cincinnati, and involves little to no travel.

Qualifications

  •  A BS or MS in MIS, Computer Science, Industrial or Computer Engineering, (or like degrees), or equivalent experience.
    • Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of and experience with Java script, HTML, XML, the REST protocol, SQL, and scripting. Proficiency in web application programming. Experience with ABAP (SAP) is preferred. Ability to quickly build understanding on applications as well as be able to analyze complex problems, develop options, evaluate solutions, and ensure the right change is executed.
    • Proven ability to drive a small to medium size project, utilizing the right amount project management rigor to ensure quality, cost, and appropriate timing.
    • Ability to effectively work with a demanding global business, multiple technology partners, and service team to influence and align on work.
    • Experience working with HR and specifically Talent Acquisition to understand HR culture and core work processes.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with passionate attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage the user experience and business partner communications for incidents, changes, and problems.
    • Knowledge and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL
    • Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to take complex tasks or problems and break them into smaller more manageable pieces.
    • Ability to interface with vendors to analyze complex problems, develop options, evaluate solutions, and ensure the right change is executed.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
    • A high degree of personal ownership.
